Please contact us before starting. All animations for Thomson Reuters and NASDAQ should be created in our After Effects template — updated 11/29/2012. The large canvas size combined with the unique layout can be time consuming to work in. Please plan for a minimum of 2 weeks to create, render and deliver a 30-second animation for both signs.

Final renders should be produced using the compositions provided in our After Effects template. They will consist of 3 separate 24-bit targa sequences, using the following naming convention: Top_[####], Bottom_[####] and Nasdaq_[####]. Render times can range from an hour to a few days. Variations in types of raw assets, asset sizes and effects used, will cause large deviations in render times. Contacting us and sending sample frames can help avoid errors before final delivery.

After contacting us, rendered targas can be copied to a FAT32 formatted external USB drive for delivery — see link below for our address. Once the finalized files are received, there is a two day production time on the backend to get the animation onto the signs. Animations longer than 60 seconds and programming for dynamic content will increase the backend production time.
